Use a text ediotr to edit the "hitmancontracts.Ini" file in the game folder.
Lcoate the "DefaultScene=AllLevelsLogos.Gms" line and change it to read "DefaultScene=AllLevelsLevelMenu.Gms" to unlock all levels in the game.
